Stephanie has executive human resources and learning and development experience as an executive manager, specialist and practitioner across the HR and learning spectrum. Stephanie has successfully led numerous learning and development projects, as well as human resource, change and quality review initiatives throughout her career in the public, private and community sectors. Stephanie also has experience working through the Digital Transformation Agency’s Digital Service Standard processes with her clients. She uses a user-centred, co-design approach based on design thinking processes which are delivered in an agile delivery framework.
As a learning facilitator, Stephanie has extensive experience developing and delivering a range of courses across the leadership and management spectrum for example leading high performing teams, having difficult conversations, managing for optimum performance, dealing with conflict, and building positive, strength-based leadership practices. Stephanie also designs eLearning, facilitates virtual learning and trains others to facilitate online as well, working to ensure the best learning environment is created for learners. One of Stephanie’s current projects is to develop a library of microlearning products for managers.
Recent projects and initiatives include:
- leading the design and development of eLearning courses for an international institute.
- leading the design, development and logistic coordination of the new Humanitarian Settlement Program Training Program.
- eLearning design and development of several domestic violence eLearning.
- leading the design, development, coordination and delivery of national induction for the launch of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
- Development and delivery of a suite leadership and management training to federal government agencies

Stephanie holds a Baseline security clearance and has a Working with Vulnerable People card for the ACT.
